Podiatrist Dr. Gabriela Mendez Yurkanin, DPM is a Board Certified Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgeon, with over 15 years of expertise in the field of foot and ankle surgery. Her experience includes over 8 years as an Associate Professor and Assistant Residency Director at Temple University Hospital and the Temple School of Podiatric Medicine. She created the first Charcot center in the country specializing in diabetic foot deformities. The foot and ankle center offers a full array of services to treat all foot and ankle conditions. As a Podiatric Foot and Ankle Specialist, Dr. Yurkanin can treat patients of all ages. The podiatry practice serves the communities of Kingston, Mountain Top, Wilkes Barre, & Scranton, PA.

Dr. Cha is a Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgeon who grew up in New Jersey and received her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. She then earned her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine and went on to complete her residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown, PA. During her residency, she received extensive training in foot and ankle surgery, this included foot and ankle trauma, sports medicine, limb salvage and wound care. Dr. Cha is Board Qualified in Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery.
